I specialize in repairing the ever so common joystick issues. Please specify the stick(s) you would like to replace (single or both are the same price). You get back to playing! I use 100% authentic OEM ALPS Xbox One joysticks for our replacements.

If you ask other repair service shops, they will likely not be able to say the same! Instead, they will use a cheaper version ALPS joystick which technically works but has a much higher dead zone and less sensitivity. They do this because it is easier and cheaper. I do not cut corners!
